Daryl is the founder and managing broker of Bitterblue Group - a full service real estate brokerage and development services company based in San Antonio, TX. Expertise includes representing buyers and sellers on land acquisition/disposition, land development, new/existing retail project leasing, retail buyer/tenant representation, and investment sales in trade areas around the state of Texas, with special emphasis on the San Antonio MSA. Responsibilities during the real estate contract phase include negotiating the overall deal structure and coordinating engineering, legal, financial and due diligence resources to achieve a successful transaction. Clients have included Wal-Mart, Frost Bank, Walgreens, Starbucks, QuikTrip and many more. Daryl received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio.
